
I have a sales focused background and find the prospects of online promotion and marketing exciting and revolutionary. Many organisations do not have a full understanding of the opportunities available and the best techniques to use, consequently they lose out. My previous experience and desire to serve clients professionally drives me to provide a unique level of support.
I ensure online revenue shows a stable incremental increase from the generation of new consumers, to maximising the retention of an existing customer base. All my efforts are focused on long term results to reduce the cost per acquisition, and maximise the return on investment through my clients chosen method of online lead generation. Quick wins can be achieved, but long term results are more valuable and stable.
My personal objective is to provide flexible online marketing that focuses on the measurement of the return on investment from the assigned marketing spend as the primary project benchmark. Conversion Goals and Sale funnel entry and drop out points are my secondary level of benchmarking.
This approach can appear different to e-Marketing services which are offered by other Search Engine Optimisation organisations. Their common benchmark is focused on a websites rank within the search engines; rank is important but not as important as the overall cost per acquisition.
Online marketing is not just a one route path, traffic can be generated trough many different online and offline brand and product awareness activities. Online users are showing preference from other user recommendations and feedback. I keep my knowledge base current, and draw on my previous background, qualifications and experience with all projects I undertake.
