So many organisations do not understand the importance of their email communications. They often send out mailings because it’s what their competitors do, trying to keep up with competitors is important but should be well managed. Email Marketing can be a very powerful part of the overall marketing mix. If it is approached in a planned manor and messages are segmented to different audiences who make up the customer base. Stronger results will be returned and consumers will be informed of relevant products and services to suit their needs.
